Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Indyadiva. We strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

Indyadiva follows a No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy on all orders.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. However, we do offer a one-time exchange on eligible products, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We allow a one-time exchange on select clothing items provided that:

The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags and packaging are intact
The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
The requested size or colour is available in stock
Reverse shipping charges are borne by the customer

Each order is eligible for exchange only once.

Submitting an exchange request does not guarantee approval. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility as per policy guidelines.

3. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

Reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to serviceable pincode).
In case reverse pickup is not available, customers must self-ship the product to the provided return address.

Before handing over the parcel:

Ensure all tags, labels, and accessories (if any) are included.
Pack the product securely in proper packaging.
We recommend recording a short video while handing over the parcel for proof of condition.

After the product reaches our warehouse:

It may take 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered back to us.
Inspection is completed within 24–48 hours after receipt.

If the product passes inspection, the exchange will be processed.

If rejected due to signs of use, stains, perfume odor, damage, missing tags, or misuse, the product will be sent back to you and shipping charges will apply.

4. Indyadiva Wallet / Store Credit

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, or if you choose not to select an alternate product, the eligible amount (after deducting applicable charges) will be issued as Indyadiva Store Credit (Gift Card).

Validity: 6 months
Redeemable across the website
Cannot be converted into cash
Non-refundable under all circumstances

5. Reverse Pickup Charges

Reverse pickup charges may either be:

Paid directly via UPI / Bank Transfer, or
Deducted from the product value before issuing store credit

6. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made products
Bodysuits
Gym wear
Swimwear & Bikinis
Lingerie
Sunglasses
Bags
Accessories & Jewellery

7. Important Notes

Indyadiva reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions. All decisions taken by the quality check team after inspection shall be final.
