Shipping Policy
At Indyadiva, we deliver Pan India and take utmost care in ensuring that your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition. We partner only with reputed national courier services to provide reliable and efficient delivery.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing the tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Certain orders may take longer to reach due to remote delivery locations, product availability, logistics delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. To avoid delays, we request customers to provide complete and accurate shipping information, including full address, correct PIN code, and a valid contact number. In case of multiple failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse and the order may be cancelled.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Indyadiva offers Cash on Delivery at select serviceable locations across India. A standard COD charge of ₹150 per order is applicable. The maximum order value eligible for COD is ₹10,000. Deliveries are generally made between Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, depending on courier operations.
Product Unavailability
While we make every effort to ensure that all products listed on our website are available and accurately priced, there may be rare instances where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will inform you at the earliest and initiate a refund to your registered bank account. Refunds are not applicable for exchange transactions where store credit has been issued.
Force Majeure
Indyadiva shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations if such delay or failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control. These may include natural disasters, strikes, war, government restrictions, epidemics, transportation disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers in the event of such delays.
