1. Shipping Policy

We deliver Pan India.
At Indyadiva, we partner with reputed national courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

Please note:

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to remote locations, weather conditions, logistics issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

In case of multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse and the order may be cancelled.
We request customers to provide complete and accurate shipping details including correct address, PIN code, and contact number.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD at select serviceable locations across India.

COD Charges: ₹150 per order

Maximum Order Value for COD: ₹10,000

Delivery Timings: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Indyadiva reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-value orders.
3. Product Availability
We strive to ensure that all products listed on our website are available in stock and priced accurately.
In rare cases where:

The product becomes unavailable after order placement

We are unable to fulfill your order
We will notify you and process a refund to your registered bank account (except in cases involving exchange transactions where store credit applies).
4. Exchange Policy
We follow a No Return / No Refund Policy. However, we allow exchanges under the following conditions:

6. Non-Exchangeable Items
No exchange/refund will be accepted for:

7. Reverse Shipping
Customers are required to send exchange products to our warehouse. We do not provide reverse pickups.
Return parcels must clearly mention:

Email ID

Requested exchange item
(Exchange address will be shared upon approval of exchange request.)
Processing time:

It may take 7+ days for us to receive your return parcel.

Once received, products will be inspected and processed.

8. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
9. Force Majeure
Indyadiva shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
